Not long ago I moved from San Francisco to Prague: after more than 30 years working in the restaurant business I decided to "change the picture" and to start new page of my life. But I still have a passion for good service and hospitality and I believe that my experience will help a local business thrive.
I believe that my reviews will show owners and managers how to make customers/guests happier, how to increase profit, and how to reduce expenses.
American service is well known for high quality standards and my goal is to bring these standards to all parts of Europe. The European restaurant business is unique because of its wide variety of cultures and variety of attitudes: here you can find a restaurant that has been run for hundreds of years by one family and well known among neighbors as well as corporate chains. Each of them try to make their customers happy, and not making their owner bankrupt. This combination is the golden rule of any restaurant and there is a whole science showing how to achieve it in the best way.
From this moment I am starting my exciting adventure, exploring the huge world of European restaurant culture.
